ACCOUNT MANAGER (AM)

(Jakarta)

 

Main Responsibilities:

·         Identify market potential and qualifying accounts

·         Collect and analyze market information; plan, organize and implement projects

·         Plan and achieve sales target, account penetration, customer satisfaction and retention

·         Analyze project proposals

·         Establish distribution channels with key local clients

·         Build up an effective sales team

·         Responsible for overall relationship with the customer.

·         Maintain good rapport with customers and keep abreast of market development

Requirement:

·         Degree in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering

·         At least 2 years experience in managing key accounts and special projects from a telecommunication company

·         Strong telecommunication industry background

·         Good communication, presentation, negotiation and leadership skills

·         Action oriented, results driven, aggressive and persistent

·         Energetic & Team Player

·         Must be able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage

 

OUTSOURCING ASSISTANT

Jakarta

Responsibilities:

  • Organize or invite public bidding invitation for purchasing production materials; set up bidding organizational guidelines, bid evaluation standards and conduct bidding result analysis and conclusion
  • Be in charge of public bidding project management
  • Be responsible for negotiating contract terms and contract conclusion
  • Arrange local procurement schedule of production materials based on sales contract requirements; keep track of purchasing process, purchase contract implementation and stock conditions
  • Evaluate the standards of commercial contracts and bidding documents, and ensure the accurate implementation of commercial solution plans, at the same time maintain competitiveness of the bid.
  • Participate in commercial negotiation and clarification meetings.
  • Assist on confirmation and validation of the outsourcing and subcontractor on commercial aspects.
  • Establish and maintain the commercial information platform.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Commercial Management / Trade/ Logistics or equivalent
  • A Bachelor's degree holder with in Trade) or commercial contract laws.
  • At least 2 years working experience related to international trade or international project bidding in the telecommunications industry is preferred.
  • Ability to implement the commercial part of International Commerce contract, and familiar with International Goods Transportation and Insurance, Engineering Project Insurance, Letter of Credit, bill of document operation, etc.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English as well as to converse in Mandarin will be an added value.
  • An independent, open minded team player, well adaptable in multi-culture environment and have a leadership skill.

MICROWAVE PLANNING ENGINEER

(Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

  • Microwave  Access & Backhaul network planning which includes LOS Surveys, link budget calculations, frequency analysis, and Interference analysis;

Requirements:

  • Experience of the project Management for Microwave Links Rollout.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and local language would be an advantage;
  • Good team builder and motivator with excellent interpersonal skills and leadership ability to facilitate decision-making processes
  • Proficient in Path loss, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and local language would be an advantage;

  • Lead role in working with the team to continuously enhance and improve the support service framework to achieve channel partners and customers satisfaction

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • More than 3 year's relevant experience in IT industry, preferably with multinational telecom companies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Hands on experience in switch, access, data, router and MPLS.

CAC DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

(Kalimantan)

 

Responsibilities:

·          Make Site Binder Standard

·          Make PAT Document

·          Archiving Project documents (site survey, Design Pack & MOP, PAT, FAT, Asset Value, )

·          Arrange delivery document for internal use or to Customer (ATP, As Built, Design Pack, FAT)

·          Check PAT document result

·          Follow up the PAT result (collect the PAT document from the field)

·          Check PAC application from Subcontractor

·          Make & Maintain Project Documents Database

 

Requirement:

·         Diploma or Bachelor Degree, major in Business Administration, Secretary.

·         Proficient in English

·         Knowledge about corporation agreement and contract

·         Negotiation skill

·         Computer skill

·         Good administration skill

·         Have minimum 2 years experience in document control job

 

ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT (ADM)
