Our client, an experienced and highly professional project management organisation and nationally recognized provider of world class training and technical assistance to donor agencies, government and the private sector in Indonesia and beyond, invites a potential candidates as :

RECRUITMENT, SCHOLARSHIPS, and ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

for 3-month only

(ADMPROJECT-M0311)

 

• Assisting the recruitment and scholarship
• General administration duties as required by the General Manger
• Answers telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member
• Meet and greet clients and visitors
• Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office
• Perform general clerical to include but not to : photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filling
• Maintain hardcopy and electronic filing system
• Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences
• Support staff in assigned project based work
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Male / Female, max. 28 years old
• Bachelor Degree in any major
• Have a good communication and persuasion skill
• Computer literate
• Fluent in English
• Good client service orientation
