PT. Asuransi Tokio Marine Indonesia(TMI) is one of the group companies  that is professionally managed as a subsidiary of Tokyo Marine and Nichido Fire - Japan. TMI has been serving general insurance market in Indonesia for over 30 years and has been covering the risks of large commercials corporations as well as individual properties and liabilities. Financially strong, well managed and highly appraised for its insurance professionalism, TMI has enjoyed a profitable growth since its early start up.

 

Currently, we are looking for a dedicated, task oriented and good people skill person to join our Company :

 

IT Helpdesk / Support (ITH)

 

Requirements:

 

            -     Female preferred.

-          Candidate must possess at least D3 in Information Technology or equivalent.

-          Experience as IT Support or IT Helpdesk or similar field

-          Willing to work overtime at least once a month.

-          At least passive in English.

-          Knowledge of Windows, MS Office and general IT system is a must.

-          Knowledge of AS/400 is preferrable.

 

Duties:

            -     Perform daily, monthly batch job submission.

            -     Produce reports requested by users.

            -     Administer/records all user requests

-          Perform backup and manage backup media.

-          Provide first line support to users.

 

 

HRD Assistant Manager

 

 

You will be responsible in training development and management, in order  to have an integrated and evaluated training development programs.

 

Qualifications:

-         Bachelor's or Master degree in related fields

-         Min. 5 years of experience in same fields

-         Indonesian nationality, age maximum 45 years old

-         Proficient in English

-         PC literate

-         Strong analytical and excellent management information skills

 

 

Motor Claim Staff (MCS)

 

You will responsible in providing claims assistance in handling, processing and ensures that the settlement of claims comply with policy conditions and company's standards.

 

Qualification :

-         S1 degree, majoring in Any Technical or insurance Background

-         Proficiency in English

-         Computer Literacy

-         Having analytical skills

 

 

Non Marine Claim Staff (NMCS)

 

You will be responsible to ensure settlement of claims (Property, Engineering, Various claim such as PA, Money, Movable, Liability, etc) comply with policy conditions and company's standards. 

 

Qualification :

-         S1 degree, majoring in any background (insurance or engineering background would be an advantage)

-         Proficiency in English

-         Computer Literacy

-         Having experience in General Industry is an advantage

 

Collection Staff

 

Qualification :

-         D3 or S1 degree, majoring in Accountancy or Administration

-         Computer Literacy

-         Having analytical skills

-         Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
