[vacancy] Urgently Required - Senior Project Manager

We are an established mining & trading company, with concession in South Kalimantan, East Kalimantan & Sumatera. We are looking a dynamic, highly motivated and experienced professional to fill in the following position as:

Senior Project Manager
(Site Location)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships with the stakeholders (eg, local community groups) to optimise existing operations.  
• Manage and provide leadership to the project, developing annual and short-term business plans and strategies to maximise the returns on the project, and work plans to optimise the utilisation of personnel, equipment and materials resources.
• Review project performance against plans on a regular basis and make continuous improvements
• Monitor the performance of sub contractors, including safety and environmental performance, deal with daily issues, and take other actions as necessary
• Review employee performance against targets and expectations, providing regular feedback and coaching on performance, including an annual performance review, and organising appropriate training or development activities where necessary
• Achieve agreed safety targets
• Sets clear goals for self and immediate work/project team
• Build team effectiveness

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or equivalent.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Management/General Manager/CEO/VP/Directors specializing in Engineering - Mining or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Need to work in project location
