Our Client, is the world's second largest oilfield services corporation with operations in more than 70 countries, URGENTLY looking for the perfect individual for their office:

REAL ESTATE MANAGER

Responsible
Managing maintenance and operations activities of buildings,     facilities, grounds, and services, including activities associated with space planning, office relocations, and space billings. 

• Managing the property/facility acquisition and disposition process for the country.
• Managing and directing the completion of country operating and capital plans.
• Coordinating with internal resources to plan and direct the execution of major construction projects in the country.
• Managing relations with key operations and support services personnel in the country.
• Developing detailed portfolio analysis including feasibility studies and financial modeling to determine how to maximize the value and use of property and facilities by the various business entities.
• Developing real estate strategies at country level to align with region and PSL strategies and objectives.
• Implementing and ensuring compliance with global policies, business practices, and processes.
• Financial Accountability - Ensure that expenses are managed within Plan.
• Managing and directing the travel management company operating in the country.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree from Business administration, architecture or any engineering major.

2. Has 7-10 years of experiences in managerial level for property management and managing multidiscipline activities.

3. Having a good interpersonal skill to relate to all levels of sizable and complex organization

4. Proficient in English, both written and oral.

5. At least 8 years of project management experience with project value of at least $5M each.

6. Have knowledge of land acquisition in remote area

7. Some understanding in construction and electrical design would be beneficial.
