PT Abuki Jaya Stainless Indonesia is a subsidiary company of PT Antam, Tbk, focusing its business on Nickel processing. The project will held its Smelting Plant in North Konawe, South East Sulawesi, to Produce Nickel Pig Iron (NPI). We invite you to join our team as:
Secretary (Sec):
A. Job Description:
- Manages the appointment calendar of Directors
- Prepares for meeting itinerary
- Taking minutes of meeting of any BOD meeting (if needed)
- Handling in and outgoing mails and making draft letter under BOD name, letter numbering and letter distribution.
- Prepares and implement documents and filing system.
- Travel arrangement and hotel booking
- Assist Directors in day to day administrative and secretarial matters
- Assist Directors in preparing any personal arrangement
B. Job Requirement:
- Diploma Degree in Administrative or Secretary from Reputable Academy (Tarakanita, Don Bosco and University of Indonesia is preferable)
- Maximum 26 years old.
- Having 1 year experience as secretary is preferable but fresh graduate also encouraged to apply.
- Able to communicate in English verbal as well as written communication.
- Highly initiative and technology savvy
