URGENTLY REQUIRED

Our client, one of the Indonesian largest false eyelashes producer and exporter, is seeking highly qualified candidates for the following positions:

1. MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (Code : MDP)
• Male/Female max 25 years old
• Min. S1 Degree from a reputable university in any major, min GPA: 3.00 (scale 4)
• Fresh graduate or max 1 year working experience
• Have active experiences in intra and extra campus activities -
• Posses a high learning capability and self-motivated

2. QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER (Code : QA-MAN)
• Male/Female max 35 years old
• Min S1 degree in related major
• Experience and knowledge in Quality Management system such as ISO 9001 will be an advantage

3. QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR (Code : QA-SUP)
• Male/Female max 30 years old
• Min D3 degree in related major
• Experience and knowledge in Quality Management system such as ISO 9001 will be an advantage

4. PPIC MANAGER (Code : PI-MAN)
• Male/Female max 35 years old
• Min S1 degree in related major preferably Industrial Engineering
• Experience and knowledge in Quality Management system such as ISO 9001 will be an advantage

5. PPIC SUPERVISOR (Code : PI-SUP)
• Male/Female max 30 years old
• Min D3 degree in related major preferably Industrial Engineering

6. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (Code : PR-SUP)
• Male/Female max 30 years old
• Min D3 degree in related major
• Good knowledge of 5R will be an advantage

7. PAYROLL & BENEFITS SUPERVISOR (Code : PB-SUP)
• Male/Female max 35 years old
• Min S1 degree in related major preferably Psychology or Human Resources Management
• Strong knowledge in industrial relations and Indonesia's Labor Law & Regulations

8. RECRUITMENT & TRAINING SUPERVISOR (Code : RT-SUP)
• Male/Female max 35 years old
• Min S1 degree in related major preferably Psychology or Human Resources Management

1. For (2-8) required min 2 years working experience in the same position preferably in labor intensive manufacturing
2. All candidates must have strong analytical thinking, detail oriented, good leadership skill and team player with developed interpersonal and communication skills
3. All positions will be located in Purbalingga, Jawa Tengah
