A Boutique Financial Advisory Firm based in the Sudirman district, Jakarta is seeking qualified persons to fill the following positions:

Secretary (1 Position)

• Graduate from a Good Secretarial College
• Minimum 3 years working experience as a secretary
• English – verbal & written a must
• Must have knowledge of::
• Secretarial duties
• Computer software (Microsoft Office etc)
• Basic ccounting and tax compliance

   

Accounting Staff (1 Position – Part-Time can be Considered)

• Accounting Graduate from a Good University
• Minimum 2 years working experience
• Ability to handle a complete set of accounts and administrative duties
• Knowledge of accounting software
• Tax knowledge including compliance and submissions
• Ability to converse and write in English an advantage

   

Consultant (1 Position)

• Graduate from Good University preferably business related or accounting
• Must have strong skills in spreadsheet and word software
• Good analytical skills (numbers and facts)
