Staf Procurement
Tanggung Jawab:
1. Mencatat permintaan yang masuk (PR, berita acara, memo dsb)
2. Verifikasi dokumen permintaan apakah sudah sesuai dengan standard
3. Menyiapkan dokumen pengadaan yang diperlukan (po, cs, ar, er dsb)
4. Mencatat status / kondisi progress dan informasi lainnya yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan procurement
5. Mendampingin GA menerima pengiriman order
6. Melaksanakan pengarsipan document procurement.
Persyaratan:
1. Laki-laki
2. Minimal D3
3. Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun.
4. Menguasai computer dan administrasi
5. Teliti, Ulet, dan komunikatif
6. Usia 25 – 30 tahun.
7. Bisa berbahasa inggris merupakan nilai tambah.
