Kiran is a market leader in Risk Management Certification Board Examination executive development program for banking officials. As a financial consultant, Kiran also actively involves in numerous structured finance transactions, research and advisory activities.

- Business Development Officer
The incumbent will be responsible for all business development related to corporate training program and advisory activities such as corporate selling, marketing research, expanding prospective client database, preparing proposals for prospective clients, making follow up calls, client visits and presentations.
Qualifications:
· Minimum S1 majoring Public Relations/Communication, Management and Marketing or any other discipline from reputable university.
· Can do attitude, detail oriented, able to work under pressure, and willing to work on target basis. Good networking, excellent communication skill, high motivation, neat, accurate, responsible and responsive
· English proficiency both oral and written is a must.
· Attractive appearance
Status of employment: permanent staff with three-month probation period.
2. Administrative Assistant
The incumbent will support the Administration Department in preparing its training programs (among others preparing participant ID cards, agenda, training materials, presentation, practice test review, reporting and other related works)
Qualification:
· Fresh graduate, minimum D3 of any major from reputable academy/university.
· Good in administrative work, detail oriented, able to work under pressure, and willing to work on tight schedules.
· Proficient in operating Microsoft Windows, excel and power point.
· English proficiency both oral and written
· Good communication, high motivation, neat, accurate, responsible and responsive.
· Good appearance
Status of employment: Contract basis.
3. Administrative Supervisor
He/she will supervise administrative assistants in Executive Development Programs Department. He/she will also in charge of reporting, venue/hotel arrangement, facilitator scheduling, group photo scheduling, coordinating simulation tests, application administration, etc related to executive development program.
Qualifications:
· Minimum S1 majoring Management, Business Administration, Hospitality and any other discipline, from reputable university.
· Good in administration, detail oriented, able to work under pressure, and willing to work on tight schedules.
· Possess of strong hospitality and quality awareness
· Proficient in operating Microsoft Word, excel and power point.
· English proficiency both oral and written is a must
· Good networking, good communication, high motivation, neat, accurate, responsible and responsive.
· Attractive appearance.
Status of employment: permanent staff with three-month probation period.
