We are fast growing motorcycle manufacturing Company seeking for high motivated candidate to fulfill opportunities :

PLANT MANAGER

The incumbent will be fully responsible for managing the overall manufacturing plant operation which includes production, engineering, PPIC, Logistic and others. He is to ensure the manufacturing operation in the effective productivity and best performance for company's business profitability and sustainability.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Having at least 15 years experience in manufacturing industries, highly prefer of automotive or electronics industry background
• Strong leadership with sound managerial competency and distinct internal drive for achievement
• Sound problem solver supported by strong analytical and conceptual skill
• Trustworthy along with positive attitude and fluent communication, either in Indonesia and English
• Computer proficiency
• S1 Degree with age of 40-45 years old
