Our client, Oil and Gas Service Provider Company is URGENTLY looking for the perfect individual for their operation in Indonesia

Service Coordinator – Tubing Conveyed Perforating

 

Job Description:

·         Assess service delivery requirements and coordinates the movement of equipment, materials, and personnel within a Natural Work Area (NWA).

·         Supervises the day-to-day activities of individuals performing well site service work and job/resource planning roles.

·         Assesses service delivery requirements for each job within assigned NWA.

·         Coordinates the engagement and use of third party services and equipment within assigned NWA.

·         Supervises those engaged in a job and/or resource planning role.

·         Utilizes technical and/or operational expertise to provide service delivery solutions for customers.  Orders equipment specific to customer specifications/job requirements.

·         Communicates job specific details and information to appropriate service delivery and support staff.

·         Conducts pre-job and post-job meetings with appropriate service delivery staff.

·         Provides final approval on sales orders prior to invoicing.

·         Communicates effectively with customers and service delivery staff to resolve service delivery issues and irregularities.

·         Responsible for field sales and job site service delivery, providing technical support to the customer on specific products and their applications.

·         Responds to customer's request and stays current in knowledge of new products and services.

·         Receives direct support from Business Development and communicates closely with PSL

·         Delivery and Business Development teams.

·         Responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance solutions to customers' specific drilling and work over requirements.

·         Tracks and analyzes the performance of products, equipment, personnel, and operating results and makes recommendations for improving performance.

·         Provides feedback to marketing, PSL, and BD on customer needs, competitors, technology requirements, and other pertinent issues within assigned area.

 

Requirement:

·         Bachelor degree

·         At least 5 years of experience in field operations which includes experience in

·         Technical Planner Role.

·         Exceptional skills within Tubing Conveyed Perforrating and a broad knowledge

·         and understanding of other service functions

Manager Service Delivery Center

(General Affairs)

 

Responsible

·         Under broad direction, manages and directs Real Estate Service activities for a specific geographical area.

·         Responsibilities include: operations and maintenance activities associated with non-deployed facilities; acquisition and disposition of facilities and property to support business unit requirements-deployed and non-deployed; design and construction of support facilities such as shops, warehouses, and plants; managing voice communication infrastructure and contracts; travel management processes; office services; and security services.

·         Prepares and manages annual operating and capital expenditure business plans required to support the service center and associated customer base. Selects and monitors performance of outsource service providers.

·         Serves as the principal Real Estate Services (RES) contact for all levels of the Company. Provides overall RES support to deployed facilities within geographic area as required. Job role is independently accountable for RES support function.

 

Requirements:

·         Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in business administration, Bachelor degre from any major, preferably business administration, architecture, or engineering.

·         Has 7-10 years of experiences in managerial level for property management and managing multidiscipline activities.

·         Having a good interpersonal skill to relate to all levels of sizable and complex organization, preferably in multinational company

·         English Fluency in oral and written is a must.

·         Experience in using SAP is an advantage.

·         Possesses good interpersonal and communication skill

·         Minimum 4 years in managerial level.

·         Having experience in construction activities, able to read design.

·         Having experience in Land acquisition/site acquisition in remote area.
