Our Client reputable multinational logistic and forwarding company  is seeking talented candidates to join their team as:

1.       SALES EXECUTIVE   ( Code: SE)

 

Job Description:

-          Continually prospect and qualify new customers.

-          Maintenance existing customer

-          Negotiate with customers on contractual terms of service provision that is aligned to corporate sales policy and procedures.

-          Adhered to approved credit limits granted to customers and enforce previously agreed payment terms.

-          Provide quotation upon request by new customer or existing customer

-          Provide  sales budget and sales report

-          Perform sales duties with a minimum supervision from Sales Manager

-          Ensuring business volume & profitable based on target.

 

Job Requirement:

-          Male / Female

-          Age Max 35 years old

-          University degree in any majoring  from reputable university.

-          Min 3 years experience as Sales in Forwarding or Logistic Company with successful track record in selling to enterprise account, proven account management and business planning skills in all Market.

-          Have own vehicle (Car will be preferred)

-          Experience & knowledge in creating profit under very tight margin environment.

-          Familiar with custom  regulation export and import process for Airfreight & Ocean.

-          Good verbal & written communication in English and Indonesia.

-          Computer Literature, especially for Ms. Office.

-          Good interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving, able to work under pressure, independent, proactive and having good initiative

 

2.       CUSTOMER SERVICE  ( Code: CS)

 Job Description:

-          To maintain reliable and satisfactory service to the customer

-          To Maintain good rapport  with the customer

-          To follow up all the shipment process & up date shipment process to customer

-          Monitoring shipment & Provide report to customer

-          To coordinate the shipment process with the operation team (Ocean / Air)

-          To make sure the shipment process in accordance with the customer SOP

Job Requirement:

-          Male / Female

-          Age Max 35 years old

-          University degree from reputable university (Preferable STMT) with min GPA: 3.00.

-          Min 4 years experience as Customer Service / Operation for Air / Ocean Freight in Forwarding or Logistic Company.

-          Familiar with custom  regulation export and import process for Airfreight & Ocean.

-          Good verbal & written communication in English and Indonesia.

-          Computer Literature, especially for Ms. Office.

-          Good interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving, able to work under pressure, independent, proactive and having good initiative

 

3.       KEY ACCOUNT  SALES  ( Code: KAS)

Job Description:

-          Taking care of other customers if requested by KAMO Manager and fully in charge for those customers if clearly dedicated to.

-          At least for the first time visit, presentation has to prepared (- 20slides) and KAMO Manager has to be informed.

-          MOM for all meetings to be issued latest 2-3 days after the visit (direct communication to company head quarter  overseas always with cc KAMO Manager)

-          Ensure that all action items from the meetings will be followed-up.

-          Preparation and implementation of SOP's to be offered and done if requested.

-          Hand over of customer rate inquiries to recommended person (customers o be informed about KAMO Indonesia structure that quotation  will not be sent from her (only in special cases)

-          Conduct follow up call to ensure customer satisfaction.

-          Maintain a positive company's image when interacting with customers.

-          Hand over own responsibilities in time to other KAMO staff in case of absence.

-          Immediate information to KAMO Manager (Higher Management incase of absence) in case that important task can not be done

Job Requirement:

-          Male / Female

-          Age Max 35 years old

-          University degree from reputable university (Preferable STMT) with min GPA: 3.00.

-          Min 4 years experience as  Key Account Handler/Customer Service / Operation for Air / Ocean Freight in Forwarding or Logistic Company.

-          Familiar with custom  regulation export and import process for Airfreight & Ocean.

-          Good verbal & written communication in English and Indonesia.

-          Computer Literature, especially for Ms. Office.

-          Good interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving, able to work under pressure, independent, proactive and having good initiative

 4.       EXHIBITION SALES (Code: ES)

 

Main Purpose of Job:

-          Responsible for operational relocation.

-          Supervision packing/unpacking and loading / unloading.

-          Monitoring relocation shipment progress.

-          To ensure relocation job are running properly by building a good system base on procedure manual and ISO.

-          Awareness for HSE Implementation.

Job Description:

-          Communication and correspondence with customers  and overseas.

-          Packing and unpacking supervision.

-          Responsible for document completion and hand over the further agreement

-          Booking space arrangement directly to shipping line or Airfreight Dept (For Export).

-          Loading and unloading supervision.

-          Monitoring relocation shipment progress.

-          Responsible to ensure invoice prepared accordingly and provide with supporting documents

-          Ensure relocation data in Procars system fro m opening job file until cost sheet and ven code updated accordingly.

-          Follow up any outstanding payment to customers (payment control)

 

Requirements:

 

-          Max 35 years old

-          Min 2 years in the same position in forwarding company

-          Min 3 years experience in exhibitions area.

-          Female/ Male

-          Graduate from reputable university

-          Familiar with custom  regulation export and import process for Airfreight & Ocean.

-          Good verbal & written communication in English and Indonesia.

-          Computer Literature, especially for Ms. Office.

-          Good interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving, able to work under pressure, independent, proactive and having good initiative
