DONATA SERVICES INDONESIA is recruiting professionals for our client: a major Engineering contractor (Oil & Gas) services in Indonesia. We are recruiting experienced talented people to be position as:

Chief Financial Officer (Code: CFO)
a. A recognized Degree in Finance/Accountancy, MBA is preferred.
b. To be an advantage if hold a Professional Certification (CPA) or equivalent.
c. Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, and has an experience to roll-out the Company's Initial Public Offering (IPO) in Indonesia or other countries.
d. Possess sound knowledge of risk assessment, feasibility studies and internal controls.
e. Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
f. Excellent understanding of the business in the following disciplines.
g. Financial and Statutory Reporting.
h. Directing the financial vision, targets and budgets.
i. Developing and Implementing Financial Control and Budget.
f. Fluent in English
