Admin Secretary (code : Adm-Sec) Responsibilities: Works for Operation Director but not limited to other high level management positions, responsible for performing as Personal Assistant to deal generally with highly confidential information related to Director's office ie. Company Financial Reports, Business Plan, Employee Development Plan etc. and to cope full range of secretarial and administrative duties at high level of expertise e.g. typing, organizing travel, conference, fixing appointments, taking minutes, translating documents. Requirements: Minimum Academic graduate (D III) in Secretary, Administration and other social science which is relevant with 1 – 2 years experience. Proficient in English both oral & writing. Mastering in personal computer.
