• Min Diploma Degree from Informatic IPK min. 3:00
• Good English
• Fresh Graduated or Min 1 year experience as IT Technical Support
• Ability to handle any customers complaint with a good?communication skill
• Experience on implementing of LAN/WAN/Domain?Controller/Proxy/Mail Server
• Experience on Installing & configuring computer systems, Monitoring & maintaining computer systems and networks, Troubleshooting systems network problems, diagnosis and solving hardware/software faults.
• Expert on computer hardware, software , network device and?Windows Operating Systems
• Open-minded (keep to learn new technologies / platform / tools, able to explore and love to put into action), Self motivated and ability?to work in team or individual with minimal supervision
