URGENTLY REQUIRED
A growing company is urgently seeking for a highly qualified &
motivated individual to fill the following position :

Engineering Manager
Requirements :
• Male, Degree in Engineering
• 10 years experience managing engineering in manufacturing industry
• Capable in installing practices and methods to provide efficient
manufacturing processes and procedures
• Capable in championing Lean Enterprise concepts, tools, and
practices throughout the organization
• Capable of determining and establishing work standard data and
controls. Directs the making of time studies and production studies
• Capable in determining the most efficient assembly operations
consistent with available equipment, facilities, processes, and costs
• Capable in directing the design, fabrication, and procurement of
tools and equipment to support production requirements
• Capable in planning and recommends capital equipment purchases to
support and improve manufacturing processes
• Capable in planning and directs ongoing changes to the Factory
Layout in support of changing production mix and additions of new
product
• Capable in managing the implementation of capital improvement
projects in the factory
• Capable in power generation, especially application engineer or
principal design engineer
• To be based in Makassar, South Sulawesi
