Responsibilities:
Able to ensure quality control and smooth operation of the Kitchen.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef.
Liaison with suppliers.
Able to run production house / high volume production
Requirements:
At least 1 year and above of pastry experience.
Prior working experience in leading pastry chains or Italian restaurant will be viewed favourably.
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Industry with 2 years experience in a leading 4-5 star hotel
Strong leadership, innovative, good communication and quick decision making ability
Right personality towards the role and responsibility
Able to work with flexible working hours
