Management Trainee

Main program:

   1. Preparing successor in order to anticipate company’s  growth and development
   2. Creating leaders to fill in the managerial position in Sales Div., Operation Div, Finance Div. and IT Div.

Qualifications:

•     * Male/Female
•     * University graduates (Bachelor/Master) in Engineering or Computer Science, Pharmacy, Apothecary profession, Marketing, Management ,Accounting, Medical science
•     * Fresh graduates or no more than 2 years experience
•     * GPA min. 3.0
•     * Strong interpersonal skills, leadership & general management and be able to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
•     * Possess a flexible approach both from a work and decision-making perspective.
•     * Fluent in English both oral and written
•     * Willing to be placed in our branches nationwide
