Formulating policies and planning the use of materials and human resources. Responsible for fulfilling the company's revenue targets by directing and assisting and coordinating the work of the employees and controlling all costs associated with the generation of revenue. Oversee and Assure adherence to highest standards of customer satisfaction quality of service delivery and fulfillment of requirements. Participate with company principals and management team in long range planning and goals setting. Coordinate activities of other departments such as operations, HR and accounting to best affect the training company operational efficiency. Confer with managers and review activities and sales reports to determine changes in programs or operations required. Qualifications : Minimum 5 years of experience in a related/similar position. MBA in Business Administration/Management preferred. Proven leadership ability. Highly organized and able to set priorities. Knowledge of the local training market is highly required. Some experience with business development, sales, marketing or operations is preferred. Gender : Male / Female Experience : 5-10 Years. Dear all, We have the following vacent position in a well-known multinational Company in the FMCG field: JOB TITLE: Compensation & Benefits Manager REPORTS TO: Human Resources Director Main Accountabilities: Establishes and maintain an integrated grading structure for the combined businesses that is consistent with the group's policy in this regard. Conducts pay and benefits market survey on an annual basis and make recommendations to ensure that we maintain our competitive position. Be the point of reference in compensation and benefits matters andin the evaluation process of new jobs to be slotted into the system. Ensures the set up and implementation of proper controls of the payroll in collaboration with the finance colleagues. Requirements: Male/Female, max 40 years old. Graduate/MBA with minimum 10 years experience Excellent understanding of compensation & benefits. Consulting and project management skills.  Ability to think critically and present solutions in a large context. Excellent analytical, collaboration, and communication skills. Abality to lead teams and influence collaborators. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point. Scope: The primary focus of the role is to generate new business and to develop existing accounts, by identifying and closing good business for The company's portfolio. These services will include: Application Solutions and Professional Services, PDA devices and POS machines, Networking (WAN/LAN) and Outsourcing contracts. Adhere to the Quality Manual and the Quality Procedures as defined in the Company's Quality management System. Requirements: Male/Female, max 35 years old. Knowledge of ERP application  Knowledge of Accounting. Understanding of key business issues and a track records Minimum of 3 years proven, successful and sustained sales track record within a similar company selling IT Solutions  knowledge of Infrastructure & Application Solutions incl.
